Former Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane is close to being announced as the next manager of Bayern Munich, per Mundo Deportivo.
Terms between Zidane and the Bundesliga winners are reportedly settled.
Additionally, the Frenchman has already discussed reinforcements the club especially in defence.
Meanwhile, Julian Nagelsmann was Bayern’s top choice to take over from current manager Thomas Tuchel, who will leave the club this summer.
However Nagelsmann extended his deal with the Germany national team.
Zidane has been out of coaching since he left Real Madrid in 2012 and has since gotten interest from Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United in the past.
