Our Core Values

Creativity | Humility | Responsibility

Integrity | Service | Teamwork

Hard work | Initiative | Loyalty | Leadership

What We Do

Christhill is the right place for your child to start right. We know you want the right place where you could have your tender, little, precious ones kept safe, cared for and given the right foundation.

We know and understand what parents want: a home-away-from-home, comfortable and safe environment suitable for their children; caring, God-fearing and dedicated staff who look after these children with a high sense of responsibility.

We have in place, quality human and material resources – all it takes to give your children the comfort as well as the foundational experience they need. We maintain the highest level of hygiene and we make the environment stimulating enough to inspire our children to acclimatize easily. Educational toys and gadgets of different kinds are equally available for their fun and games.

We employ specially trained staff who are continuously undergoing trainings to meet up with the ever-increasing demands of young children. Throughout their primary period, the aim is to achieve effectiveness in the core skills of.

Numeracy, Literacy, Sciences, Civics, Technology, and Proficiency and at least a local language from Year One. This is in line with both International and National Curricula. French is introduced from Year 3. Essentially, all these subjects are of paramount importance as they form the basis for the THEME subjects to be learned in post primary school.

More so, through our hands-on entrepreneurial skills acquisition and project-based learning, the pupils are introduced to the real world around them and are exposed to real life problem-solving skills. What’s more? The use of effective methodologies and strategies in line with global best practices makes our classes completely and uniquely interesting. Ranging from modern classroom management, unfettered access to sundry resources from our e-library and e-learning platforms, to the use of modern technologies in lesson delivery, the collaboration between pupils and teachers, between teachers and parents, amongst learners themselves, to mention but few, schooling has become more interesting than ever, thus making our children’s learning experiences memorably unique and enjoyable.

The Junior to Senior Secondary (Year 7-12), students are exposed to an expansive and broad curriculum. Under the guidance of qualified and trained educators, our students seamlessly discover ideas and gain knowledge through inquisitiveness, brainstorming and critical thinking. The experience is wholesome, the atmosphere is stimulating and the result is impressive.

As a private school we are able to run our national curriculum in conjunction with Cambridge International Examinations. This gives your child an internationally recognised benchmark at Primary level.

The Cambridge curriculum is adapted to our national context and content. This means that your child will be well equipped to excel at all levels and in particular gain excellent preparation for tertiary education in and outside Nigeria.

Co-curricular Activities

To spice up our very rich curricular activities, we have in place sundry extras that interestingly engage our students under the tutelage of professional instructors. These include;

Sports: table tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball, football, swimming, lawn tennis, handball, chess, scrabbles, snakes and ladders, monopoly etc.

Societies: Boys Scout, Girls Guide, Brigade, Peace Corp.

Clubs: Debate, Press, Business, Speak Right, Photography and Video Editing.

Entrepreneurship Programmes

Unequivocally, we set the pace when it comes to the building and instilling the spirit of self- reliance and entrepreneurship in our students. With well-structured entrepreneurship programmes, our students are purposefully engaged in specialized training in their own choice of skill acquisition programmes such as;

Cooking and Baking, Cobbling, Make-up and gele tying, catering craft, radio/TV electrical work, hairstyle work (male & female), cosmetology, plumbing and pipe fitting, photography and video editing, GSM engineering, & special musical instrument training.

There is no better education than one complimented with a specialized skill for the purpose of equipping young children with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Diaspora Learning

The School also has an outfit in the diaspora called Naija Tutors Konnect for tutoring pupils in USA, UK and Canada virtually.
