Lagos continues to lead in 1305 new COVID-19 cases of in Nigeria

In a new report by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), 1305 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in fourteen states across the country.

The NCDC revealed this on their Facebook page on December 26, 2021.

Lagos State, the epicentre of the disease, leads with 705 new cases, followed by Oyo state with 234 cases. Other states on the list are; Ondo, Kaduna, Rivers, etc.

This puts the total number of confirmed cases to 236,014 with 212,357 discharged and 3,014 deaths since the pandemic.
