Nasser Al-Khelaifi, president of Paris Saint-Germain, PSG, is unwilling to sell defender Achraf Hakimi to Real Madrid, per According to El Nacional.
Al-Khelaifi reportedly won’t converse with the Spanish club over a potential deal for the Moroccan.
Real Madrid are reportedly vying for the right-back as the perfect addition to their defensive line.
Although Hakimi came through Real Madrid’s youth ranks, his contract with PSG won’t expire until 2026.
The 25-year-old has appeared in 30 games across all competitions this season for PSG, scoring four goals and providing five assists.
Hakimi played only 17 games for Madrid’s senior team before being sent on loan to Borussia Dortmund.
After a two-year loan-spell at Dortmund, he was signed by Inter Milan in the summer of 2020.
Now, Real Madrid want to bring him back and bolster their right-back position currently held by Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vázquez, both 32 years old.
