The President General of the Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN), Comrade Adewale Adeyanju, has extended warm congratulations to the Managing Director Of Port and Terminal Multiservices Limited (PTML), Mr Ascani Ruso, for the groundbreaking acquisition and addition of MV GREAT LAGOS to the country’s fleet.
The MWUN praised Ruso as a trailblazer in maritime administration, emphasizing the ship’s status as a marvel of modern engineering.
Adeyanju, in a press statement issued by the Head of Media MWUN, Kennedy Ikemefuna, stated that the “MV GREAT LAGOS” boasts cutting-edge features designed with environmental consciousness, addressing the challenges of today’s maritime technology.

He added that with this remarkable accomplishment, Ascanio Ruso and his management team have not only strengthened Grimaldi Shipping Company’s position but have also contributed significantly to the advancement of Nigeria’s maritime capabilities.
