The organised Labour on Tuesday reportedly walked out of the Tripartite Committee meeting on Minimum Wage following an increase in the offer of the Federal Government to N60,000.
Vanguard reports that a source privy to the meeting in Abuja, said the federal government increased its offer by N3,000 and totalled the whole amount to N60,000.
The source, said, “We walked out again. Just now. They (federal government) added 3k. We reduced 3k.”
As at the time the organised labour walked out, the federal government offer was N60,000, while labour reduced its demand to N494,000.
