Knight Frank Nigeria has concluded plans to organise training for real estate professionals, following the declining capacity of the professionals in the sector

In a statement, the Chief Executive Officer of Knight Frank Nigeria, Frank Okosun, said the firm had concluded arrangements to provide a career boost for graduates of estate management, building construction, and engineering (electrical and mechanical), who want to pursue a career in the real estate industry, through the Knight Frank Academy.

He disclosed that the academy would be launched in Lagos on September 26.

“Stakeholders across the real estate industry have expressed concerns about the declining quality of personnel looking to develop a career as chartered surveyors, valuers, and real estate brokers. Therefore, Knight Frank developed the academy initiative as one of the ways of returning value to the society by helping to bridge the gap between the competency level of fresh graduates and what is required of entry-level professionals by leading estate surveyors and valuer firms.
