A coalition of Christian leaders, led by Prophet Bisi Olujobi, the spiritual leader of Wisdom Church of Christ International in Ketu, Lagos, is set for a “call to action walk”.
The clerics announced this in a press release issued on Monday by Olujobi’s media adviser, Prince Ayo Adegboye.
The protest will reportedly be staged at the Freedom Park in Ojota on March 21 and at Eagle Square, FCT, on March 28.
In February, Olujobi revealed the coalition would embark on a peaceful demonstration without any religious or ethnic undertones.
The rallies are with the intent to call the attention of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration to tackle the hardship Nigerians are facing.
“This protest will be one of its kind in the history of this nation because many believe that the responsibilities of clergymen are limited to the pulpit.
“A six-page Handout of Demands and Advice is meant to be delivered to the President for onward consideration and utilisation,” the statement noted.
The coalition also disclosed what it described as “Plan B”, which is the plan of more than 70 prophets across the country to seek divine intervention for Nigeria.
