Lagos State residents on Monday hit the streets to protest against the high level of hardship in the country.

Reports say the ongoing protest was facilitated by a human rights group identified as the ‘Take It Back Movement’.

The protesters were seen carrying placards with various inscriptions which expressed their grievances, at the Ojuelegba Under Bridge area of the state.

This is coming hours to the planned mass protest scheduled for February 27 and 28 by the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC).
